Customer case: <br>Fine Art prints for Lilith and Päivi Viljasalo's Noitima photo exhibition
Memofoto created Fine Art prints for the client’s photo exhibition, where the images were displayed exactly as they were intended to be seen. The print materials were selected in consultation with the client. The Fine Art paper, colour rendition and surface texture were adapted to the nature of the works.
Noitima is a joint project of sisters Lilith and Päivi Viljasalo. With a feminist approach, Noitima explores the hidden and even hidden emotions of femininity through photography.
Each print was made and finished for exhibition use. The finished Fine Art prints formed a calm and deliberate whole for the exhibition. The choice of materials supported the story of the images and gave the works the appropriate dignity. The results speak for themselves!
How a woman is allowed to be and appear in a photo. The People’s Education Fund has awarded the project a grant in 2025 from the Eeva and Martti Ahtisaari Fund.
Comment by Lilith and Päivi Viljasalo: Cooperation with Memofoto has been relaxed. As this was the first exhibition for our project, the ease of communication and Memofoto’s expertise was a valuable asset. We received a good offer that fit our budget and vision, which was the starting point and we are very happy with the final result. The FineArt paper, with its velvety reproduction of colours, supported the mood of the works beautifully. We can recommend Memofoto to others planning and executing their exhibitions.

Hahnemühle Fine Art art papers
Hahnemühle Fineart – Natural Line
The Natural Line is a range of FineArt papers that includes five FineArt inkjet papers made from natural materials such as bamboo, hemp, agave and sugar cane.
The cellulose from these plants is sustainable because they grow quickly, require little maintenance and do not require pesticides.
The rapid growth rate means that more cellulose can be produced from the same area of land than from conventional raw materials, while the low water consumption of the plants supports resource conservation and environmental well-being.
